Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

Pre-ordered items are estimated to ship in 4-6 weeks, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items will be put on hold until your entire order is ready for fulfillment.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount.
Please note items shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through leia by Valeria Lipovetsky.
Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Please note that we are experiencing unusually long shipping delays at the main Transit Facility for all DHL international orders in Frankfurt, Germany. These delays can range from 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country.

We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and increasing our sustainability. This is why all of the packing peanuts found in our packages are biodegradable and not made of styrofoam, and the remaining cardboard packaging can be recycled!
As a further demonstration of our commitment to sustainability, we will be transitioning from jewelry boxes to compostable poly mailers in the future.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 30 days from purchase. Returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. This excludes sale items and non-refundable items listed below. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Please note that all shipping costs, initial, as well as, return, will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping labels are not provided by leia. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

You have up until 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any order that includes a product with a longer lead time (i.e. items that will be ready to ship in approximately 4-6 weeks).
Please note that lead times may vary and are listed on the product page. Any cancelation request received after the initial 48 hours will unfortunately not be honoured and customers will be required to follow our standard Refund Policy procedure.
You have up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to edit any order in the capacity of changing or adding items, and/or requesting multiple orders to be shipped together. You may edit your shipping address up until you have received confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and ready for shipment.

All of our jewelry is locally supplied in Toronto, and created with high quality sourced materials. Our pieces are made from a variety of gold material including: 14k & 10k solid gold, and 10k gold vermeil over a 925 sterling silver base. Solid gold will not tarnish or oxidize.
Our pieces will continue to be offered in these gold varieties to remain at a competitive price point.

Absolutely not. All of our pieces are made from either solid 10k and 14k gold, or 10k gold vermeil on a 925 sterling silver base, and are all nickel free.
All of our earrings are sold as singles unless otherwise specified under details on the individual product page.
We currently do not have a warranty for our products in place, but we do hope to offer a warranty program in the future.
After receiving your order, if you experience a problem with a product please reach out to us and we will try to resolve the issue. All repair issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

These pieces are made specifically for you in Toronto, Canada. Our made to order items have different lead times, specified in the Made to Order description on the individual product page. Once an item has shipped, it should arrive in 1-5 business days within Canada, 1-7 business days within the United States, and 10-21 business days internationally.
In addition to our regular checkout, we offer express checkouts with Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and installment payments through Sezzle.
Customers may checkout in any currency selected from our drop down menu while shopping, unless payment is made through PayPal or Google Pay. In this case, the payment will be automatically processed in USD.
